A man murdered by metro police unjustly and no action has been taken to rectify their mistakes
By :Gugulethu Mabunda
Bethuli Mpofu (27) years old was murdered by metro police in Johannesburg on the 6th of July .The late Bethuli Mpofu was shot straight to the head by metro and killed immediately .The family is still trying to get justice for him by all means .The police should have decided to hide the metro police officer who shot the deceased man.How can corruption stop when all this is done by the police officers. They arr witnesses that can testify that the late Bethuli mpofu did not do anything unlawful and he was just picking up his customer since he was a bolt driver. The family demands justice and in the police station they were given the wrong case number and they didn't even allow the family members to get close to him on the night of tha accident. How should justice be implicated while police officers do this .Bheki Cele promised us that police officers protect us but they are the ones killing us .How is the family supposed to get some closure when the police are not helping .The metro aimed straight to the head and the deceased died immediately .Police don't even have valid reason to why he was killed and the first time the family went to the police station and they were told they can't open a case and they told the family to come fetch the deceased things like phones , licence etc then the next day they told the family they cannot find the phone. How can things go missing in a Police station. The family still needs justice for the deceased man .Lawyers interested in this case can help if they want just email a message to [email protected]

It seems like the Argentine Captain Lionel Messi and his Barca teammates are now ready and fit enough
to face the German rivals Bayern Munichen again in the UEFA Champions League as they have managed to net in 7 goals and conceded 1 goal in their first two games of the champions league group stage.
Bayern Munich humiliated the big team in Spain, FC Barcelona last season as they scored 8 goals against
them. The 8 times consecutive German champions dragged down the status of Barcelona and have left a
lot of souls broken. “I knew that no team was going to stop Bayern Munich but I never thought that this
game was going to be a joke. I feel so much pain for Lionel Messi, he deserves a better team”, said a fan
with eyes full of tears. The only way to heal the fans’ hearts is through vengeance. It seems like FC Barcelona wants to use Coutinho in make a solid plan for whenever they get fixtured against the UEFA Champions winners, Bayern Munichen.
Barcelona got a lot of people talking as they have managed to defeat the Italia champions Juventus with
2 goals to nil on the 28th of October this year. They are currently at the top of Group D with 6 points in
two games, having scored 7 goals with 1 conceded.
Vulnerability During Time Of Need.
Most say and believe that there is a stigma or myth attached to being vulnerable and that it shows weakness and this mind-set can be dangerous.
Most say and believe that there is a stigma or myth attached to being vulnerable and that it shows weakness and this mindset can be dangerous.
Vulnerability is a form of pure courage where emotional risk and exposure of ones true self is needed. We as human beings are Neurobiologically all in search for a sense of connection in turn giving us meaning and purpose to our lives that leaves us with a sense that we belong and worthiness.
Vulnerability in my opinion and belief is a stepping stone and means to creativity and joy in our lives but what we tend to do in the process of shying away from being vulnerable is to numb the bad emotions we feel thus leading to also numbing he good emotions we need to feel such as happiness, joy and gratitude and we make the uncertain, certain and strive for nothing but perfection when in actual fact we were born imperfect and wired for struggles in life.
To Mask not to mask: A latest guide to wearing of masks for children.
There has been a lot of controversy and confusion for parents and care givers when it comes to our precious little ones and how to keep them protected during COVID-19.
The World Health Organisation on the 21st of August 2020 released a public statement on the guidelines regarding the wearing of masks for children in relation to the age groups as well as co-morbidities of children in the context of COVID-19.
Since most children who do contract COVID-19 only get mild symptoms, there have been cases of inflammatory syndromes that are associated with the Coronavirus infection.
A multidisciplinary team comprising of The World Health Organization (WHO), Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), Guidance Development Group (GDG) and experts in various fields from UNICEF and the International Paediatric Association (IPA) came together to review evidence relating to children and wearing of non- medical (fabric) face masks in the context of Covid-19.
It was noted that the WHO said that wearing of masks for children between the ages of 5 years and under should not be required and was based on the overall interests of the child including the “psychosocial needs” and the point of view of that they are not able to use masks independently without the use of much and constant assistance.
The WHO has said that children in age groups between ages six and 11 should depend on a handful of factors such as:
· Local Infection rates
· Access to replaceable and clean masks if need be according to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines.
· Social and cultural environment such as beliefs, customs, behaviour or social norms influencing the community.
· Social interactions of the population and community, especially with and among children;
· Children’s abilities to use masks safely and correctly and adequate supervision by an adult.
· The impact of mask-wearing on learning and psychosocial development which parents should be in constant consultation with teachers, caregivers and medical providers.
· Considerations of exposure for specific settings such as households with elderly relatives and those with a high risk of contracting serious COVID-19 symptoms.
Finally, children and adolescents 12 years or older should wear a mask according to the same conditions and guidelines as adults such as when going outside when in public, inside shops, public transport and other crowded venues.
One thing to be noted is that masks are not the silver bullet and people tend to be less vigilant and careful when they wear a mask, the CDC had said in June 2020. Other critical safety measures and precautions still need to be adhered to such as hand washing and sanitising, and social distancing guidelines.
